Amendment-W912CF09B0008-0001 JOR 09-0327 B2705 Roof.DOC JOR 09-0327 Replace Roof, Bldg 2705, Ft Monmouth, NJ, 07703 HUBZone set-aside 090423-Update The scope of work for the subject project is to replace the existing built-up roof with new EPDM fully adhered system roof, Building 2705. FAR 36.204 (d), $250k - $500k Construction period is 45 days. Liquidated damages in the amount of $355.00 per day will be assessed. There is no unit price schedule for the subject project. There are no optional bid items for the subject project. There is no Government Furnished Equipment. Recommended bidder: Roof Contractors.
