- SAMPLE_Contractor Acknowledgement of All RFP Amendments.doc Amendment 0008- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide clarification relative to L.14(a)1 and the acknowledgement of all RFP amendments. The contractor shall use the document entitled "SAMPLE_Contractor Acknowledgement of All RFP Amendments" to acknowledge all RFP amendments. If additional amendments are released after this amendment, the document shall be updated to acknowledge the additional amendments. 2. Provide clarification relative to ATTACHMENT L.7: PRICE TEMPLATE. Column K of the "Fixed-Fee" sheet should read "Cost Plus Fixed-fee", not Price Plus Fee. An update ATTACHMENT L.7: PRICE TEMPLATE will not be release and Offereors shall change the language in the spreadsheet to reflect this clarification. The response date for proposal submission is changed from May 18, 2009 until May 20, 2009, 3:00pm EST.
