- Description
- DESC: 1025-01-473-8886, 4933-01-525-9027, and 4933-01-572-0092, Part Number 12992245, KJ4000LW, and KJ4000CV, The items to procure are as follows: Nitrogen Intensifier: The KJ1000 Nitrogen Intensifier was developed to assist the military in filling recoil mechanisms, equilibrators, or any other nitrogen filled vessel. The KJ1000 is designed to utilize and intensify all but 150 PSI of nitrogen from a supply bottle. The KJ1000 accepts the nitrogen from a supply source and then intensifies the nitrogen source pressure by means of a hydraulic pump and electric motor. The intensified nitrogen is then forced into an accepting nitrogen vessel. The KJ1000 is engineered to shut down when 150 PSI or less is left in the supply bottle, or when the customer desired or factory set upper level pressure is obtained (max for the KJ1000 is 2500 PSI). Requires 20 AMP electrical service; Built in pressure gauge; Quick disconnections for all hoses and fittings; 15 foot nitrogen hose; NPT male quick disconnect supplied for customer hose from nitrogen regulator; Hand-held ON/OFF pendant switch; No contamination to nitrogen; Size 20W x 23D x 15H; Weight: 170 lbs. Oil Transfer System: The KJ4000LW Oil Transfer System is a new developed technology for use as a alternative to the M3 oil pump currently being used by all branches if the Armed Services. The KJ4000LW provides.59 GPM of oil flow for ease in filling oil reservoirs, as well as recoil mechanisms, buffers, and replenishers. It can provide oil pressure up to 2550 PSI. The KJ4000LW is engineered to self-purge its system and lines of air prior to pumping oil. The KJ4000LW accepts oil from pressurized systems through the same line it discharges from by means of an innovative design. The design allows oil to flow through a 5 micron high pressure filter in either direction whether it is from a pressurized system or reservoir. Oil Transfer System: The KJ4000CV Oil Transfer System in a newly developed technology for use as an alternative to the M3 oil pump currently being used by all branches of the Armed Services. The KJ4000CV provides.06 GPM of oil flow for ease in filling oil reservoirs, as well as recoil mechanisms, buffers, and replenishers. It can provide oil pressure up to 750 PSI. The KJ4000CV is engineered to self-purge its system and lines of air prior to pumping oil. The KJ4000CV accepts oils from pressurized systems through the same line it discharges from by means of an innovative design. The design allows oil to flow through a 5 micro high pressure filter in either direction whether it is from a pressurized system or to a pressurized system or reservoir. Requirements are 15 each, 18 each, and 10 each respectively. FOB is Destination. For use on the M198 Howitzer, M777 Howitzer or M198 Howitzer, and M119 Howitzer respectively. Estimated issue date is 03 June 09. Please Note: This solicitation is restricted to Mandus Group LTD, 2408 4th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201. Interested contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
