- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased General Office Space Devils Lake, ND The United States Government seeks to lease general office space consisting of approximately 172 rentable square feet in Devils Lake, ND within the following delineated area: the entire city limits of Devils Lake, ND. The space should yield between 150 to 172 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for one vehicle. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
