- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3519118AC01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-31 effective 20 April 09, Defense DCN 20090115 effective 15 Jan 09, and AFAC 2009-0318 effective 18 March 2009. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213. The business size standard is $7.0M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J099. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7629. Travis AFB intends to award a contract for VoIP telephone switching system in accordance with the attached item list. 0001-AA 120 hours of onsite VoIP maintenance (Call Manager, gateways, phones, PBX, JITC compliance, DIACAP STIG compliance. The pricing for these services will include travel and expenses (1) trip per month at 24/7/365 day coverage. Contract shall provide (1) resource for one hundred twenty (120) hours to be used for a period of one (1) year. This project will expire when the one hundred twenty (120) hours have been provided or on Oct 31, 2009, whichever is reached first. Statement of Work: Assist with maintenance of Cisco Call Manager Cluster Assist with maintenance of voice gateways Assist with configuration of features and services in Cisco Call Manager and on Cisco IP Phones Assist with the completion of a migration from a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephony system Assist with maintenance of compliance with Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) guidelines and Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG?s) Utilize best network practices for Voice over IP (VoIP) Assist with maintenance of network systems and management systems as they pertain to the Voice over Period of Performance: APPROX 22 May 09-31 Oct 09 --Please see attached Statement of Work Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items.
