Description
Solicitation Number: 6WA0048 REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 18,354 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield approximately 15,960 ANSI / BOMA square feet, consisting of 11,800 ANSI/BOMA square feet of warehouse space and 4,160 ANSI/BOMA square feet contiguous office space in Bellevue, Washington along with 10 interior parking spaces. Two (2) drive-in doors are required. Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office-type building. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Occupancy is desired for January 1, 2010. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years firm with two 5 year options. DELINEATED AREA: North: 1/2 mile north of I-90 South: 1/2 mile south of I-405 East: I-90 Issaquah Front Street Exit 17 West: 1/2 mile west of East Marginal Way South All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be received by June 2, 2009.
