Description
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL NOTIICE IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE POSTING OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL HHSP2332009HASS ENTILTED ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE HETEROGENEOUS APPLICATION SUPPORT SERVICES TO GSA E-BUY. THE GSA E-BUY QUOTE NUMBER IS RFQ364323. ONLY GSA SCHEDULE PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS FBO NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. YOU MUST LOG INTO GSA E-BUY TO VIEW THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Program Support Center (PSC) at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) requires services to support the delivery—by PSC’s Enterprise Systems Services Operations and Maintenance (ESS O&M) organization—of O&M services for HHS enterprise systems such as the HHS Consolidated Acquisition Solution (HCAS) and the Property Management Information System (PMIS). Those systems are based on heterogeneous applications; for example, HCAS utilizes Compusearch PRISM, while PMIS utilizes Sunflower. Applications using PeopleSoft are also supported. Having established its strategy for delivering O&M support for UFMS for the long term, PSC is now seeking comprehensive O&M application support services for heterogeneous applications that are sufficiently scalable to incorporate expansion of O&M service delivery, across HHS and at other federal agencies. PSC is seeking those services from a contractor on the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule (or a group of GSA Schedule contractors under a teaming arrangement). PSC is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) with the intent of awarding a blanket purchase agreement (BPA)—referred to as “enterprise O&M heterogeneous application support services”—to multiple qualified vendors and with the intent of awarding the first task order under the BPA to a single vendor. The scope of work for the first task order is to provide application support services for one component of HCAS: PRISM.
