Description

This amendment is issued for the following purposes: To state that the government may consider performance based or milestone payments to the successful offeror in accordance with FAR 32.10. FAR clause 52.232-32-Performance Based Payments is incorporated by reference. The requirement for the procurement of the Angle Position Indicator (API) in Paragraph 4 of the Purchase Description is hereby removed. The API will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to the successful offeror for incorporation into the PATEC system. Upon placing a Delivery Order for PATEC from the successful offeror, the API will be shipped to the successful offeror. A SF 30 Amendment form and revised Purchase Description will be posted to this site as soon as possible. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
