- The site visit will be on 27 May 2009 at 1:00 pm Haitian time. Contractors will meet at the site at the entrance into the COUN lot along the Southern entrance on the Route de Delmas in Port au Prince North side. The site designated for the Emergency Operations Center and Disaster Relief Warehouse is located at the base of Ruta de Delmas, just north of Port au Prince, Haiti. Within this site the area designated for the Emergency Operations Center / Disaster Relief Warehouse is approximately bounded by the following Latitudes and Longitudes: 18-33.652N / 072-20.230W 18-33.600N / 072-20.230W 18-33.650N / 072-20.270W 18-33.640N / 072-20.280W POC for the site visit is nico.degreef@us.army.mil
