- 1) Attachment A: Requirements Matrix 2) Attachment B: Pricing Table 3) Attachment C: Maintenance Options 4) Attachment D: Consumable Pricing 5) Attachment E: Optional Trade-In Equipment 6) Attachment F: Past Performance The United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA), has a requirement for a digital mid-volume color printer/scanner system. REQUIREMENTS: All requirements are provided in the solicitation. All equipment and components must be new, not refurbished. Quote must be valid until September 30, 2009. The SAA will not accept any exceptions or qualifications. All items shall be priced FOB Destination, Washington, DC. INSTRUCTIONS: The Offeror's response must contain the following completed documents: 1) Attachment A: Requirements Matrix (Compliance Table); 2) Attachment B: Pricing; 3) Attachment C: Maintenance; 4) Attachment D: Consumables Pricing; 5) Attachment E: Trade-In; and 6) Attachment F: Past Performance. The response shall be submitted electronically via email only to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov. (The SAA will not accept any faxes or mail deliveries). The subject line of the email message shall be RFQ-2009-014 "Color Network Mid-Volume Printer System". Quotations must be received no later than June 5, 2009 at noon EDT. The anticipated award date is in August, 2009, or earlier. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov, no later than May 26, 2009. Although the SAA does not anticipate any amendments, the Offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of solicitation amendments (if any). The SAA will not respond to telephone requests for information. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical acceptability of item offered, in terms of whether it meets or exceeds the solicitation requirements; (2) Past performance information for the Offeror; (3) Warranty offered; and (4) Evaluated price. Non-price evaluation factors are equally important, and collectively, are significantly more important than evaluated price. Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive.
