- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is a Sources Sought Notice; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT ASOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (VAGCVHCS) is seeking sources to provide two radiological image import/export systems; one at the Biloxi VA Medical Center, MS, and one at the Mobile Outpatient Clinic, AL. These systems should include a workstation, 17 flat panel display, and all required items and software to allow DICOM image import/export and printing. Must also have capability to create DICOM CDs. The requirement includes providing system installation, integration, and application training. Interested companies are asked to respond to this Sources Sought Notice no-later-than May 27, 2009. All interested companies must be registered in CCR (http://www.ccr.gov/) to be eligible for award of government contracts.
