Description: RECOVERY PRE SOLICITATION (FebBizzOPPs) NOTICE: PROJECT TITLE: Replace/Install New Air Condition Systems (HVAC) in room # 202, 202A, 203, 208 and 210 on second floor in building #246. IJO#: CE-00200-7J. Invitation for Bid Number: W91QV1-09-B-0003 Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) plans to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to replace/install new Install Air Condition Systems (HVAC) and removal debris from location of work to be performed at building 246, Fort Belvoir, VA. As per drawings. PROJECT SCOPE: The purpose of the project is to replace/install an air condition system in building 246 as per drawings. The contractor is expected to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install HVAC and removal of debris/ clean up at location building 246, Fort Belvoir, VA. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 238220 A site visit will be arranged for all interested parties during the solicitation period. This project is funded from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The order of magnitude for the project is between $250,000 and $500,000 and the effort shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. An Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be accepted from small business contractors responding to this presolicitation notice. Contract award will be made on a firm fixed-price basis. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ at no charge. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offeror must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This action is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Performance and payment bonds will be required. Offers shall be reviewed and considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract; it does not restrict the Governments ultimate approach; nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any preparation costs.
