- RECOVERY-This notice is for inforrmation purposes only, please do not respond to this announcement. A formal solicitation WILL NOT follow this announcement. The Government intends to award a $220K, 12 Month Phase II STTR to Illinois Rocstar LLC, Champaign IL. This effort is to be funded under the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009. This is one time funding. This effort was competed under the STTR Solicitation 2008.A. The purpose of this effort is to investigate the applicability of developing new alternative "green" propellants using a coupled approach of experiments and simulation. The goal of which is to provide a foundation for commercializing the simulation software.
