Attachment #4: Appendix 1, Estimated Quantities/Workload Wage Determination 2005-2017 Revision #10 Performance Plan Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be requested. Solicitation # F1W2E89096AQ01 - this is being issued as a request to establish a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a base period of 3 years, with an option to extend for 3 years. Task Orders will be issued against the base contract for work to be performed. Minimum Order: $29,000.00. Maximum Order: $58,000.00. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This solicitation and award will be set-aside 100% for small business. The associated NAICS code is 488190 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Estimated Quantities are contained in Appendix #1 (as Attachment #5) of the Performance Based Statement of Work. Refer to Bid Sheet attachment for equipment list. Contractor tasks include but are not limited to: Corrosion Control/Painting Management Services Prime and Top Coat Painting/ Corrosion Control Services Emergency Painting Services Environmental Compliance The contractor shall except as specified in this Performance Work Statement perform the corrosion control, prime and top coating of all types of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and Munitions Trailer services for the 3rd Aerospace Ground Equipment Flight at the contractor's facilities. The contractor is responsible for all transportation of equipment to and from the contractor's facilities. All MIL Spec required Primers and Paint will be furnished by the Government. The contractor's facility must be located within 45 miles of Elmendorf AFB due to inspection requirements listed in paragraph E of the Performance Statement of Work. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA) and employees performing work under this contract must be compensated in accordance with Wage Determination #2005-2017 Revision #10.
