- CORRECTION GSA CONTRACT NUMBER: 4QB097098014 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR A SET-ASIDE SMALL BUSINESS This notice is to find sources in reference to the below: The General Services Administration (Region 4 Assisted Acquisition Services Division) contemplates issuing a solicitation for VTC Maintenance non-personal services for the Single Integrated air Picture (SIAP) Joint Program Office (JPO), 1851 S. Bell Street, Suite 1102, Crystal Mall 3, Arlington, VA 22202. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be issued on or about 26 May 2009. The proposed contract will be for a basic contract period of one year with a one year option period. The scope of this contract is to obtain audiovisual maintenance support, including all associated equipment and labor, to ensure fully functional VTC systems in three locations at the SIAP JPO work site (see attached PWS). The RFP for this solicitation may be viewed and downloaded from the FED BIZ OPS website address: www.fbo.gov. This pre-solicitation is for “OFFERORS SOUGHT” ONLY. All interested parties are invited to submit an email of interest to Deborah Merna at Deborah.Merna@GSA.GOV prior to this request for interest (RFI) closing on 21 May 2009. All vendors who express an interest via the RFI process will need to be registered with GSA’s IT-Solutions (ITSS) Web-based Order Processing System prior to award of contract either by on line at https://it-solutaion.gsa.gov or via phone support at: Registration Phone Support Available Monday through Friday 6 Am to 5:30 PM PST 877-243-2889 option 2 Outside the Continental United States 858-481-1075 FAX: 858-509-8842 The request for quotes will be posted into ITSS and be received into ITSS. Vendors will be selected based on emails received from this RFI. Vendors are to provide the name of the person that is registered into ITSS via email.
