- The United States Government, Farm Service Agency, located in Logan County, Bellefontaine, Ohio is interested in leasing 4,813 usable square feet of first class, high quality, full-service office space. The Government will consider a BUILD TO SUIT. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4819 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). DELENEATED AREA: The delineated area is North bounded by: State Route 47, East bounded by: Ludlow Road; South bounded by:County Road 11 ; West bounded by: County Road 12. TERM:The lease term requirement is for 5 years with one 5 year renewal option. Other applicable requirements include: PARKING: • 44 on site paved parking spaces. OCCUPANCY: The space must be available for occupancy by December 31, 2009. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. • Others. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the above address by 11:59 EST June 12, 2009, and must include the following information: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced.
