Description

In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a delivery order for water quality monitoring equipment under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number 08ERCN0017 awarded to Design Analysis Associates, Logan, UT. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The delivery order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Order # G09PD01127, Dollar Value of This Action is $5,244,414.25 for water quality monitoring equipment including high data rate radios. Final delivery date is April 1, 2010 and Place of Performance is Logan, UT. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (SG0000B.1)
