Description
Performance Work Statement Past Performance Questionnaire Performance Plan This presolicitation notice is being re-issued. The previous solicitation number was FA2517-09-R-6009. The 21st Contracting Squadron has a requirement for transient alert services and AGE maintenance. Solicitation FA2517-09-R-6015 will be issued on or about May 29, 2009 with a closing date on or about June 22, 2009. This requirement will be a total small business set-aside. This proposed contract is being considered as a set-aside for service disable veteran-owned small businesses. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. The size standard for NAICS code 448190 is $7.0M. This will be a Firm-fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide all necessary transient alert services and aerospace ground equipment (AGE) maintenance. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 which will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures therein. The period of performance shall be from the 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2010 with four (4), one (1) year option periods. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. Any offeror that believes it can meet the following requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer no later than response due date. In addition, FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting, states that at least 50 percent of the cost of the contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
