Description

RECOVERY ACT PREAWARD NOTICE. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The project (IKS00008) will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (2009). The proposed action will be a task order issued against a current Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Architect-Engineer Contract (GS06P07GYD0060) for the geographic area of Kansas City, Kansas. The contractor is SFS Architecture, Inc., 1150 Grand Boulevard, Suite 400, Kansas City, MO 64106-2307. The Federal Service Code is C211, the North American Industrial Classification System Code 541310, and the size standard is $4,500,000. Amount of this delivery order is estimated at approximately $89,700.00. Selection of the Architect-Engineer for this order is done by professional qualifications and geographical area per the Brooks Act. The design work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: pre-design, design, bidding documents and management and inspection services for the Roof Replacement at the Robert J.
