- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ALEXANDRIA, MN STAR #: 9MN2025 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,124 rentable square feet in Alexandria, MN. The space should yield 977 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed space must be located within the City of Alexandria, MN as delineated area. The proposed lease is for ten (10), ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1st, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be a typical office building near standard amenities and have a professional appearance. As specific parking is not requested by the Government, onsite parking for the proposed space must meet all local zone requirements for space. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
