- Price List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-09-T-6074, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. (iv) This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. The NAICS code is 334511 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. (v) N/A. (vi) The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: Brand name or equal - E3500 Chemilux Advanced Explosives Trace and Particulate & Vapor Detector Kit (2 each), and also comprehensive hands-on training on using the kit (4 to 6 hours). Please list salient characteristics. IAW FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999), An "or equal" product must reflect the quality that will meet the Government's needs. (vii) Supplies will be delivered to Peterson AFB, CO. Hands-on training will be conducted at Peterson AFB, CO. (viii) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1(Jun 2008), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions shall be submitted with quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. (ix) FAR 52.212-2(a) (Jan 1999)Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria is lowest priced while meeting the salient characteristics.
