Description
This is Pre-Solicitation Notice for Solicitation SP0400-01-D-9406-09R-0202. The VPV Corporate Contract to which the NSNs on this Synopsis Notice are intended to be added is the Boeing St. Louis VPV Corporate Contract No.: [SP0400-01-D-9406]; [Current Awardee Cage: [0PXV4]; Former Awardee Cage on original Contract Award [76301]. Contract Issue Date: 02 May, 2001; Contract Expiration Date: 01 May 11. This Contract is an IQC Type Contract with One (01) 3-Year Base Period [Firm Fixed Price], Two (02) Two-Year Option Periods [1st: Fixed Price/EPA; 2nd: Corporate Contracting Price Redetermination - Alternate I]; and One (01) 3-year Option Period [Corporate Contracting Price Redetermination - Alternate I]. This VPV Corporate Contract is currently in its Final Option Period. SP0400-01-D-9406 was modified, via Modification P00145, to add the following CAGES: [76301]; [12464]; [0HGR4]; [022T1]; [02602]; [19133]; [32562]; and [18355]. This allows for addition of supplies to the aforementioned VPV Corporate Contract that is: Consumable supplies, GSE supplies, and Repairable supplies. This occurred after a previous Contract Modification removed all reference to U.S. Military Aircraft Platforms. Those U.S. Military Aircraft Platforms originally associated with this Contract were as follows: F-15, F-18, AV-8, and AH-64 U.S. Military Aircraft. The addition of these new cages was, and still is, designated to allow for expedient, effective, comprehensive, and streamlined coverage for any U.S. Service Weapon or Weapon System. Additional U.S. Service-Managed items may be added to this VPV Corporate Contract over the remainder of this final Option Period. This procurement is unrestricted. All NSN candidates are, and must be, designated as Sole Source to The Boeing Company [0PXV4]. This Solicitation/VPV Corporate Contract will not include any items for which a competitive technical data package exists. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available to the Government and therefore cannot be furnished by the Government. Any supplies to be furnished under this VPV Corporate Contract [SP0400-01-D-9406] will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order under the clauses, provisions, statement of work, terms, and conditions under the existing VPV Corporate Contract. Numbered Notice [22] applies. 4920-01-555-8052, 4920-01-555-06136, AND 4920-01-555-8563.
