- This project will be solicited using Commercial Item Procedures. The work consists of providing the following greenhouse services at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Sprague Seed Orchard, Josephine County, Medford District, Oregon: 1) packaging tree seedlings for shipment; 2) preparing containers, sowing seed, weeding, transplanting and thinning containerized tree seedlings; and 3) inventorying seedlings. The BLM anticipates award of a three-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract not to exceed $250,000. Bonds are not required. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is January 22, 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
