- Presolicitation Notice Date Submitted: 22-May-09 OC-ALC/448 SCMG/PKBB DIR CONTRACTING 3001 STAFF DR STE 1AF1/98C TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3032 59-Interconnect Box, SOL FA8121-09-R-0048 SOLICITATION POSTING APPROXIMATE 08 June 2009 OC-ALC/PKXDA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3015, PR FD203009-06946 For the items listed below: Overhaul/Repair F100-PW-100/200 Interconnect Box 5975-01-075-3343NZ (P/N: 4053467/ESD 49910) Best Estimated Quantity: Basic year 40 ea, Option I- 35 ea., Option II- 30 ea., Option III- 25 ea., Option IV- 30 ea Delivery Schedule: 30 Days after receipt of order or reparables at a rate of 3ea/month. Delivery Location: Tinker AFB, OK or specified in individual order. A firm-fixed price Requirement Contract with 1 Year Basic and 4 one-year options is contemplated. Contractor shall furnish all required labor, direct material, parts facilities, test equipment, and services to accomplish overhaul, test, packaging, preservation and return to the Government a completely serviceable item listed above. All work and services are to be performed as called for in Appendix "A", "B" and "C"of the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically through the FEDBIZOPPS website. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. Qualification Requirements exists: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. Currently the following sources are approved: Unison Industries, Inc. (CAGE 59501). Contact OC-ALC/BC, ATTN: Source Development Office, 3001 Staff Dr Ste 1AG85A, Tinker AFB OK 73145-3009 in writing for further information concerning the source approval process. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
