- GS-05P-09-SE-C-0060 Synopsis for Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Services Warren E. Burger Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse 316 North Robert Street St. Paul, MN 55118-1495 The Contractor shall provide all Management, Supervision, Labor, Materials, Supplies, Repair Parts, Tools and Equipment for the services described in this solicitation including inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire protection systems. This contract is being solicited as a three year base from December 1, 2009 through November 30, 2012 with two additional option periods. The two 12-month Option periods are as follows: Option 2 period is December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2013, Option 2 period is December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2014. This is a firm fixed price solicitation and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Performance based contracting does apply to this procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 238220 with a size standard of $13 million. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available via the internet only. No hard copies will be mailed. Contractors are responsible for downloading their own copies of this solicitation, amendments, and other documents related to this solicitation. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://fedbizops.gov. Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. Demonstration videos are located under General Info. It is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as Central Contract Registration (CCR), and is available for use by all Federal agencies. All government contractors must be registered in CCR prior to receiving an award, as of October 1, 2003. You may access CCR at www.bpn.gov. On January 1, 2005 all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission process per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The proposed contract is being solicited as Unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
