- Description
- The government intends to award a sole source contract to AT&T to provide the local intralata services and provide continued, uninterrupted services to customer agencies during transition to the Dallas/Fort Worth/San Antonio Metropolitan Local Service Acquisition (MLSA) contract (GS07T09BGD0001). The sole source contract will be negotiated and awarded for a 6 month base period and two options for two months each. The total performance period with options will be 10 months. The base period will be from June 30, 2009 through December 31, 2009. The option periods may be exercised based on the Government’s continued need. The sole source contract will allow for continuity of serice until all lines are transitioned to the MLSA contract. Numbered Note 22.
