- Advertisement for Sole Source Procurement REQUIRED: Approximately 49,951 BOMA rentable square feet (yielding a minimum of 43,436 USF) of laboratory, office, storage and related space. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at Grand Slam Building located at I-40 and Page Rd., Research Triangle Park, NC through a lease renewal, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as cost to move data and telecommunications lines. Delineated area: Research Triangle Park, NC RENEWAL TERM: Five (5) years, beginning on or about June 16, 2009. OWNERS & AGENTS: Owners or their exclusive listing agency ONLY may submit properties.
