THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES UNDER THE ECONOMY ACY 31 U.S.C. 1535. THE ECONOMY ACT AUTHORIZES AGENCIES TO ENTER INTO MUTUAL AGREEMENTS TO OBTAIN SUPPLIES OR SERVICES BY INTER-AGENCY ACQUISITION. VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach California intends to enter into an inter-agency agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers, 915 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90017 for acquisition services to repair roads and parking, Phase 1 of the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 17.5 - Interagency Acquisitions under the Economy Act. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220 and the Small Business Standard is $33.5 Million.
