The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, instruments, materials, transportation, and incidentals required to remove the existing built-up roofing system and replace with new 4-ply built-up tapered roofing system with a reinforced mineral cap sheet within portioned areas for Building 284 at Tinker AFB, OK.
