05-27-09 - MODIFIED TO REVISE THE ISSUE DATE TO 06/02/2009 AND THE CLOSING DATE UNTIL 07/02/2009. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. Purchase Request number IQC09076009016, NSN 5342-01-406-6962, MOUNT, RESILIENT, WEAPON SYSTEM. The item is to be utilized on the 1 ¼ -TON HMMWV VEHICLE SYSTEM TRUCK, Solicitation SPM4A6-09-R-0464; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 10,308 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 10,308 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 41,232 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 41,232 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 82,464 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W basuc drawing 12339247, REV D, dtd 04/24/2008,, P/N 12339247-3, U.S. ARMY TACOM CAGE 19207 and MIL-STD-129P(3), type number: I Shelf life of 60 months (Non-extendable). Contractor First Article Testing applies; sample size is 1 each, FAT Report is 60 days, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance @ Origin. Delivery for the production units is 89 days ARO. This procurement does not contain a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is May 28, 2009 & closing date of June 29, 2009.. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
