- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order for Mobilization Deployment top spiral bound books. Authority cited: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract. The delivery location is Fort Bliss, TX 79916 and the proposed terms are FOB destination. The NAICS code is 511130 and the SBA size standard is 500 employees. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the Directorate of Contracting. The government does not intend to pay for information provided by an agency. Facsimile submissions and oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Written responses shall provide evidence that the offeror can provide all of the requirements. Responses must be received no later than 5 June 2009, 0900 am, Mountain Time Zone.
