B) the current exercise room wing across from the pool wing on the ground floor of building 16 by renovation of the bathroom to current accessibility standards, replacement of existing HVAC fan coil system, upgrade finishes and upgrading the floor system to exercise gymnasium type system. The construction period is 245 days. This is a sealed bid procurement and is restricted to Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
