Description

1.0 Scope. a. Make repairs (stop leaks) to the 3 story POD on top of the SRI tower located at Test Site A13-b on the Eglin AFB test range. Repairs are to be made in order to stop and prevent leaks in the POD thus eliminating intrusion to the inside by water due to rain and wind. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and parts necessary for the repair of the POD. All work shall be done in accordance with the requirements contained in the forthcoming solicitation. 2.0 Program Objectives. a. Seal up or stop leaks currently existing at the POD. b. Generate a plan and /or schedule for preventative maintenance that will prevent or minimize future leaks to the POD. 3.0 Contract Objectives. a. Multi-year contract: Offeror to propose a three year contract to include a base and two option years. b. Prior to submisssion of proposals, a site visit will be conducted. Refer to the forthcoming solicitation for the time and date of the site visit.
