Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Requirement is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 60 each (See solicitation for additional details); Destination inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested Delivery is 144 days ARO.
