- NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-------MARKET RESEARCH FOR WAIVER TO BUY AMERICAN ACT CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS UNDER TRADE AGREMENTS---for 270 Single-Station Dual sensor, 120VAC, interconnectable smoke alarm with battery backup, Kidde P12000,Part# 442006; 123 Single-Station AC wire-in, interconnetable carbon monoxide alarm with battery backup and digital display. Kidde 900-0121, Model# KN-COP-IC; 70 AC wire-in, interconnectable dual mode strobe light. Kidde SL177i. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District intends to execute a waiver to the Buy American Act-Construction Materials under Trade Agreements for Project: FTR 192 Replace Family Housing-Cottonwood Park, Fort Richardson, Alaska since the construction contractor is requesting to use/install foreign made construction materials. Manufacturers or Suppliers that have BAA Construction Materials under Trade Agreements compliant construction materials please respond with the following information of the construction materials: Construction Material Description; Unit of Measure; Price; Place of Manufacture; including part number, drawing number, etc; Size, dimensions, or other form, fit or functional description; Predominant country for material of manufacture; % Foreign Materials; % Domestic Materials; Availability including Destination information.
