Description
Contract Personnel Questionnaire Form PS2025 Security Clearance Processing Request Form PS2013 Authorization and Release - Background Investigation Form PS2181 Statement of Work Solicitation Package Postal Service Form 8203 Cover Letter This Solicitation is issued to acquire contract support services for the United States Postal Service, Office of Inspector General (OIG), Chief Information Officer, required on an as need basis, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The attached solicitation decribes the work to be performed, states the terms and conditions that will apply to any agreement that is awareded, provides instructions for preparing and submitting proposals, and the evaluation criteria used for contract award determination. The proposal must contain the following: Technical Proposal - The Technical Proposal must decribe how the offeror will accomplish the requirements as detailed in the Statement of Work. The technical proposal may also include an Executive Summary that indicates the offeror's understanding of the scope of the solicitation and that presents a brief overall introduction to the entire proposal. The Technical Proposal should address the evaluation factors outlined in the SOW. Business (Price) Proposal - The Business Proposal must be submitted as a separate email/fax attachment. The Price Proposal should contain a narrative description about the supplier's pricing methodology. Along with the Technical and Price proposals, please complete the following documents: PS Form 8203 [Block 16; and Blocks 27 (a-c)] Provision 4-3, Representations and Certifications Questions Deadline: Any questions regarding this solicitation must be received via email only to: scalloway@uspsoig.gov by 12:00 pm ET, June 10, 2009. Proposal Deadline: Proposal submission, via email or fax only must be received by 12:00 pm June 29, 2009. The USPS OIG will not pay expenses related to the preparation of proposals. Anticipated award: On or about August 31, 2009. The USPS OIG reserves the right to award to more than one supplier. Thank you in advance for your interest in our requirement.
