- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,117rentable square feet in Albany, OR. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 7,111 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous. The building must be located in Albany, Oregon within the following delineated area: North Boundary: Willamette River to Lynn Ave. East Boundary: Interstate 5 South Boundary: Queen Ave. SE to Jackson St. SE to Pacific Blvd. SW to Queen Ave. SE West Boundary: Elm St. SW The proposed lease is for fifteen years/ten years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 18, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. For questions, comments or concerns regarding this project, contact GSA’s National Broker Contractor Representative, Emily Bogus, LaBonde Land, Inc. at 206-623-1633. Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via email, or via fax, and should provide the site address, size, and the offered square footage. Responses must be received not later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2009. GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of GSA or their authorized representative LaBonde Land, Inc./Studley. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by broker/agent must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the ownership of the building or property.
