- This is a synopsis for service prepared with additional information contained in the solicitation included in this notice. The solicitation document contains provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20090115, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-1217. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4855-09-R-0019 and is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423. This solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside 100%. Large Business responses will not be evaluated. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 115112, Cultivating Services. Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million. Only one contract will be awarded. It is the firms' or individuals' responsibility to be familiar with applicable provisions and clauses. All FAR Provisions and Clauses may be viewed in full text at the Federal Acquisition Regulation Table of Contents via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffar1.htm. All items/services shall be delivered FOB DESTINATION to Melrose Bombing Range Range, 10 road miles west of Melrose, New Mexico. This solicitation is for the procurement of: Cropland Conversion SOLICITATION SF 1449 ATTACHMENT 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) ATTACHMENT 2 - Area Map ATTACHMENT 3 - Wage Determination WD 05-2517 (Rev. - 8) **NOTICE - A site visit will be held on 4 June 2009, and it is expected that all interested contractors attend this site-visit before submitting their proposal. If interested in this solicitation, the contractor shall contact Kenneth Williamson Contracting Administrator 575-784-4479, email at kenneth.williamson1@cannon.af.mil or Roger Wygant Contracting Officer by 575-784-4506,email at roger.wygant@cannon.af.mil no later than 12:30 pm Mountain time 1 June 2009, expressing their intent to attend the site-visit and obtain the actual meeting time and location of the site-visit. RESPONSE TIME: Request for Quotation will be accepted at the 27 Special Operations Contracting Squadron, 110 E. Sextant Ave., Cannon AFB, NM 88103-5109.
