Description
The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a non-competitive Purchase Order to Teamstudio Inc., 900 Cummings Center, Suite 326T, Beverly, MA 01915 for the purchase of software licenses and one year of maintenance on the following applications: Teamstudio Build Manager – including 3 days onsite training Teamstudio Analyzer Teamstudio Configurator Teamstudio Delta Teamstudio Snapper Client Edition Teamstudio Validator Client Edition This software is necessary so that the component can set up its PolicyNet (Domino) change control process to meet the security guidelines demanded by the systems security audits. For Domino-based systems, this software provides version control, rollback options, management control of the release from one environment to another, configurable workflow, audit trail, and closed-loop communication. The government believes that this software is the only off-the-shelf product that works natively with Domino and exactly matches the specifications set forth by the senior technical advisor. The government also believes that this software is the only off-the-shelf product that provides change control at the application level for Domino and integrates it with build release control. All responsible sources that believe that they are capable of meeting the SSA’s requirements may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. If the SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, SSA may issue a sole source award under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is NOT a Request for Quote, and the Government will not pay for information submitted. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the listed point of contact by June 1, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern. NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
