- NAICS: 423810 Size Standard: 100 employees This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. Wheel Loader with the following specifications: Z-bar style linkage; minimum 125 net rated horsepower diesel engine; hydraulic system with minimum of 44 gallons per minute pump flow; 4-Function, 4 Lever Finger Tip Controls and Steering Column, inside and outside rear view mirrors; JRB Attachments company style multi-purpose bucket (4-in-1) 2.75 cubic yard capacity with bolt on cutting edge; air suspension seat; 4-speed powershift transmission; locking front and rear differential axles; front fenders; rear bumper/counterweight minimum of 280 pounds; rear hitch and locking pin; bucket pins; Z-bar style hydraulic attachment coupler with plumbing for 3rd function hydraulics and JRB adaptable; automatic ether starting aid; engine block heater; environmental drains and sampling ports; transmission side frame guards; cab with air conditioning and heating; Radio, AM/FM/WB; 100 Amp alternator, 3rd function jumper hose kit; hour meter; parts and service manual. Product support, including parts and service, must be available within 24 hours to Lake Red Rock Project office. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov, on or about 04 June 2009. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 24 June 2009, 12:00 p.m. local time. It is the responsibility of the offereors to monitor the FedBizOpps web site for amendments to the solicitation. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. Facsimile quotes will not be accepted.
