Description
NTSBR090009 - RFP and Sections B-M - Rotocraft This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PUR09000030 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-32. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611710 with a small business size standard of $7 million. This requirement is issued under Full and Open Competition. The offeror shall provide development, revision, and presentation of training for rotorcraft accident investigations, to include but not limited to: expert and qualified rotorcraft accident investigation training; design, development, and delivery of rotorcraft accident investigation training curricula; data management; design, development and delivery of rotorcraft accident investigation training; and the provision of equipment, as specified in this contract, to support training. The classes will generally be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The anticipated period of performance is for one base year and four option years. SEE ATTACHED RFP FOR A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT AND APPLICABLE FAR PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES. Your proposal must be received no later than 9:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, on Tuesday, June 16, 2009. LATE PROPOSALS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Offers shall be transmitted via e-mail to: Ardena M.
