Description

Justification for Other than Full & Open Competition NSN 1680-01-175-7173, PR number 0021221899, Restraint System, Troop Seat used on the UH-60A Black Hawk Helicopter. Solicitation is for 680 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 68 days After Receipt of Order. Approved sources are Pacific Scientific, CAGE 45402, P/N 1111018-07 and Conax Florida Corp., CAGE 62323, P/N 015-870050-3. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is June 15, 2009 with a closing date of July 15, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
