- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92244-09-T-0225. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32 effective 14 May 2009 and FAC 2005-31 effective 20 April 2009. This procurement is small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 238210 with a standard business size of $14.0M. The Defense Priority and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Section B Schedule of Supplies and Services CLIN 0001 - Labor, Quantity: 1 Lump Sum. CLIN 0002 - Materials, Quantity: 1 Lump Sum. STATEMENT OF WORK The Multi-Media Presentation System required will be located in an area that is approximately 24 feet wide and 65 feet long. It requires a multimedia presentation system that will have the capability of presenting briefs, training videos (Blue Ray/DVD), and conduct routine meetings for groups as large as 65 personnel. The space is broken down into three areas. Provide and install a Multi-Presentation System that will integrate components including projectors, LCD monitors, and audio playback of program material. The system shall provide capabilities for multi-media presentations including connections for desktop computers, laptop computers, and a single unit that has 80G to 160G internal memory, ability to play Blue Rays and DVD, Blue Tooth Remote and media storage capabilities. Area 1: Provide equipment rack that will store the required AV equipment. The rack shall contain an 8x8 VGA with audio switcher, media components, iPod/iPhone docking bay, radio tuner, amplifier, processor, and video/RGB scaler. Provide three (3) 52" 1080p LCD HDTVs which shall be wall mounted in the areas disclosed during the site visit. LCD monitors shall be consumer grade. Audio will be from ceiling mounted speakers divided into two zones. Portable touch panel remote to be utilize for A/V control. Provide and install three (3) computer outputs to the switcher. Area 2: Provide and install one (1) wall mounted 46" 1080p LCD HDTV. LCD monitors shall be consumer grade. Audio will be from ceiling mounted speakers. Provide and install wall mounted touch panel to be utilized for A/V control. Provide one (1) computer output to VGA switcher. Area 3: Provide and install a ceiling mounted projector and smart board. Provide and install wall mounted touch panel to be utilized for A/V control. Audio shall be from ceiling mounted speakers. Vendor shall provide system training for up to ten (10) NSWDG personnel. Vendor shall provide as built system drawings with all cabling, plugs and jackets correctly labeled. One (1) year warranty required. The contractor will be required to attend a site visit. A site survey will be conducted at the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, 1636 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2299 on Wednesday, June 03, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. EST.
