- Added: October 16, 2008 @ 1:40 PM The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 23,700 rentable square feet of office and related use space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 19,625 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space, to a maximum of 20,606 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease will be for a firm term of ten (10) years. The property must be located within the following boundaries within the city limits of Jersey City, New Jersey: NORTH: Border line of City of North Bergen, adjacent to New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, followed by Hague Street, to Central Avenue, to North Street, to Peterson Plank Road, to Hoboken Avenue; EAST: Hudson River and Upper New York Bay; SOUTH: Hakensack River followed by Sherwood Road to Pamrapo Avenue, to Port Industrial Area border by the City of Bayonne. WEST: Hackensack River continuing on to Penhorn Creek. Space on not more than two contiguous floors will be considered, with approximately 85% of the total space located on one floor. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred. Space located above ground level must be serviced by at least two elevators, one of which may serve as a freight elevator. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. All submissions must include the method of measurement used to determine the amount of rentable square feet.
