Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, items are being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, Northwest Fisheries Service located in Seattle, WA intends to acquire the following SIMRAD equipments: 1. qty of two (2) each Simrad Brand Integrated Trawl Instrumentation (ITI) Trawl Eye acoustic trawl monitoring sensors, part number ITI 200125; 2. Qty of one (1) each PI44 Trawl Height acoustic Trawl Sensor, part number P13-280002; 3.) qty of three (3) battery replacements for ITI acoustic Trawl instrumentation sensor with O-rings and installation, part number S290111703-S; 4.) qty one (1) each Integrated Trawl Instrumentation (ITI) spread Remote Sensor, part number#ITI-110117; 5) qty one (1) each replacement Tx/Rx PCB processing board; 6.) qty one (1) each ITI Transceiver/ processor, part number ITI-113459. Simrad brand is requested because all sensors and interfaces must work with existing Simrad ITI and the PI44 trawl monitoring systems. The sensors are proprietary and processing of acoustical information can be done with Simrad processors and equipment. Price quotation must be FOB destination, Seattle, WA 98112. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only firms that can provide the exact SIMRAD equipment described herein will be considered. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication.
