Description
Item 0001: MASTER NSN 6625-01-534-1246KU, in accordance with PD02LEEC81, Direction Calibrator, used to electrically simulate the USAF type C-2 remote compass transmitter. Requirement is for eighteen (18) each in the basic year. Also included, 2 Annual Option Periods, 1-10 each. The dimensions of this unit are: 12 inches in length X 12 inches in width X 7 inches in height. Weight: 10 pounds. Materials: Various. Delivery: 250 Days ARO Contract. Assets will be shipped FOB origin to multiple locations. Item 0002: One set of data manuals are required. Delivery: 45 Days prior to production hardware delivery to USAF. Purchase Description will be made available at FBO when the RFP is posted. The approximate RFP issue date will be on or around 29 May 2009. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFP and/or the data packages must be submitted in writing to Michelle.Cames@robins.af.mil with copy to Tara.Odom@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal. The following Numbered Notes apply: 1, 26 THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITION.
