Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The 355th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to seek providers of Safety Procedures & Operational Study Services at Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ. NAICS is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. Work will include an operational and safety procedures study of "Operation Snowbird"(OSB), a National Guard Bureau program that has been in existence since 1975. OSB deploys six to 12 squadrons for two weeks of training each between the months of November through April each year at Davis-Monthan AFB. The firm shall conduct an OSB study and prepare a report, to include historical operational information and analyses, with a review of established operational and safety procedures. The firm shall have experience/expertise working with the USAF & have performed a study generally similar to this one in the past 3 years. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY! Any information submitted is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request.
