Description
The NAICS Code is 332995. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-07-G-5438, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., Armaments Systems Division, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. (Task A), the contractor, utilizing specialized material, shall fabricate, assemble, inspect, provide two (2) GMS assemblies in accordance with a specified GMS drawing, and two (2) GMS assemblies in accordance with another specified GMS drawing. (Task B), the contractor shall install, verify and test per the Design Specification four (4) GMS assemblies on 2010 Blocking Vessels using a complete set of specialized installation hardware, provide and install four (4) 6 can Ready Service Lockers (RSL) per altered part drawing and four (4) Power Conditioner Assemblies as specified per ECOR-0021, and shall perform installation and checkou! t of the four (4) Fwd GMS assemblies and specified support hardware aboard 2010 Blocking Vessels, in conjunction with a Government ISEA team. Period of Performance: Task A shall be delivered no later than five (5) months after Receipt of Order (ARO). Task B shall commence no later than twenty-one (21) days after written direction from NSWC/PHD/L. BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required timeframe.
