Description

Pursuant to the FAR 6.302-1; The Transportation Security Administration, Office of Acquisition intends to award a single source contract in support of the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Continuation of Services and Transition efforts for the Information Technology Managed Services Program (ITMS). The vendor is Unisys Corporation, 11720 Plaza America Drive, Tower III, Reston, VA 20190. The current contract is HSTS03-06-D-CIO500 (referred to the ITMS Bridge Contract), which expires on June 30, 2009. TSA plans to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type contract to Unisys for continuation of current services and transition efforts to the new Information Technology Infrastructure Program (ITIP) contract. The ITMS Bridge Contract provides the full range of information technology products and services. The ITMS Bridge contract supports thousands of employees at various locations, including but not limited to the TSA headquarters; airports and Federal Security Director offices; field offices, and the TSA Command Operation Center. The period of performance is July 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010.
