Synopsis for Solicitation No. W15P7T-09-R-B012 AN/ARC-231 Multi-mode Aviation Radio System (MARS) Spare Components and Repair Services The U.S. Army CECOM Contracting Command (CECOM CEC) intends to award a five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with orders to be placed on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis for AN/ARC-231 Multi-mode Aviation Radio System (MARS) Spare Components and Repair Services. Delivery schedule is ten (10) each 180 days after receipt of order, and ten (10) each month thereafter until completion for the follow items: (1) RT-1808A, (2) RT ICS Interface CCA, (3) RT Red 1553 CCA, (4) RT COMSEC Module, (5) RT Controller CCA, (6) RT Battery CCA, (7) RT Modem, (8) RT Synthesizer CCA, (9) RT Guard Pre-Selector, (10) RT RF/IF CCA, (11) RT TX Driver CCA, (12) RT Transmitter CCA, (13) RT Power Supply, (14) C-12601 Remote Indicator, (15) C-12608 Fill Panel 28V, (16) C-12609 Fill Panel 5V, (17) AM-7565 RF Amplifier, (18) AM-7566 Pre-Amplifier, (20) MT-7321 RT MT Keep Alive Battery, (21) MT-7168 RT Mount, (22) Keep Alive Battery Mod Kit for RT MT, (23) MT-7166 Amplifier Mount, and (24) Keep Alive Battery Box (Standalone). Delivery schedule is thirty (30) each 180 days after receipt of order, and ten (10) each month thereafter until completion for the following items: (19) CCA Power Supply A1, (25) PCMCIA Card (Preset), and (26) Battery Pack (3 Cells). Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance are at Source. Packaging requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1 or CECOM LCMC Special Packaging Instructions AG00000601. Level of Preservation (LOP): Military, Level of Pack (LPK): Minimal, Quantity Unit Pack (QUP): 001. Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129. The maximum value of this award is $40M. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15)(i), all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
